I've had such a good morning checking out some new music that a friend played the other day. This lead me to a whole bunch of other great artists who have real talent. I'm loving Wakey Wakey's album Almost Everything I Wish I'd Said the Last Time I Saw You . . . Future of Forestry made me cry with their accoustic work on If You Find Her - beautiful. Some army lads posted in Afghanistan are using their free time constructively to improve Lady Gaga's Telephone music video.
One Tree Hill's Bethany Joy Galeotti sings one of the nicest love songs I've heard yet with a music video to match. Malian/French musician Rokia Traoré is an amazing guitarist. She's equally at home with just an guitar or with a full-on African music video - what a sense of rhythm!
